Many people say that trying to be in contact with one's ex could be for various reasons and does not necessarily mean cheating on you or them trying to rekindle their old relationship.





It happened to me and as much as I understand that getting over someone could be hard and sometimes the rejection by one's ex in the first instance is a natural challenge which one's current partner should understand- I cannot accept any contact with one's ex unless there is a compelling reason such as children- can be innoncent.





Sit down and talk about it in a calm way because that is going to be the only constructive way of dealing with it. After that don't mention it again and observe the situation.
