What are statutory rape laws for same sex couples in CT?

I just truned 19 and my girlfriend will be 17 in May..but her parents dont know were together and i was wondering if there was anything they could do if they found out.What are statutory rape laws for same sex couples in CT?
According to CT law 搂 53a-71 (a)(1), the age of consent in CT is 16. It doesn't matter if you are a heterosexual or a homosexual couple. You can have sex without getting charged with a sexual crime.





HOWEVER, if her parents do not want you to see their minor child, they can prevent you having contact with their minor child. They can get a restraining/protective order against you. If you violate said order, you could be arrested.What are statutory rape laws for same sex couples in CT?
