Yes. It's a constitutional right to date and marry who you want. I would think the neocons would support this since they're always talking about the constitution. This man should have been fired a long time ago. He can believe whatever he wants but it's against the law not to marry interracial couples. Yes. Blatantly. And if the right denies this one, no one can doubt they are delusional. The justice holds a public position and is expected to uphold the law, which he is blatantly breaking. There is no excuse for his breaking the law, if he has a problem with the job, he needs to resign, sorry Republicans. It's the law.
Well, I'd like to hear his explanation for why he is defending someone who violated his duty and the law for reasons that can only be described as racist. Of course, maybe he's just going after the racist vote.

Told you So: a Justice of the Peace is an elected office. He is beholden to the law. Not marrying interracial couples is a violation of the constitution.
